Telehealth clinical psychology · Australia-wide
KGP Psychology provides confidential, practical and evidence-based psychological support online — designed for professionals, executives, frontline workers and people navigating anxiety, stress, trauma, depression, relationships and major life change.
About KGP Psychology
KGP Psychology is built around a simple idea: psychological care should be both human and useful. Therapy starts with an honest, empathic relationship and practical strategies that can help reduce symptoms and stress. From there, the work can go deeper — exploring the patterns, beliefs and circumstances that keep difficulties going.
The practice is intentionally telehealth-only, making it easier for clients across Australia to access experienced clinical psychology without travel, waiting rooms or geographical constraints.
KGP Psychology
Early sessions focus on clear, practical strategies that can reduce distress and create momentum.
When useful, therapy explores the patterns and experiences that shape how you think, feel and respond.
The goal is not simply to cope better for a week, but to develop insight, flexibility and skills that last.
Services · Therapy
Individual telehealth therapy can support adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, perfectionism, relationship difficulties, trauma and PTSD, adjustment and major life transitions.
Approaches include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), tailored to the individual.
Services · Executive Mental Health
Executive and professional life can bring pressure, responsibility, visibility and very little room to switch off. KGP Psychology works with leaders and professionals to strengthen mental health, manage stress, navigate difficult decisions and develop sustainable performance.

About · Terms of Service
Psychological treatment is collaborative. Clients may ask questions about treatment, choose whether to proceed, and discontinue treatment at any time. KGP Psychology may also recommend another practitioner or service where another option is more appropriate to a client’s needs.
KGP Psychology collects information reasonably necessary to assess needs, provide psychological services, manage appointments, process payments and meet professional and legal obligations. Clinical information is stored securely using appropriate practice-management and information systems.
Clients may request access to personal information held about them, subject to applicable privacy law and professional requirements. Requests can be made through the Contact page.
Psychologists are required to protect client confidentiality and privacy. Information will generally only be disclosed with the client’s consent, except where disclosure is required or authorised by law, including circumstances involving a serious and imminent risk to a person’s safety or a lawful requirement such as a court order.
KGP Psychology is a telehealth-only practice. Clients are responsible for attending sessions from a private and reasonably secure location and for having a suitable internet connection and device. If telehealth is not clinically suitable, KGP Psychology may recommend an alternative service or referral.
The current fee for a 50-minute clinical psychology consultation is $280. All payments are made by card. Eligible clients may receive a Medicare rebate where the relevant Better Access requirements are met. Fees and rebates may change and the current arrangements will be confirmed by the practice.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, incur the full consultation fee. This policy recognises that appointment times are reserved specifically for the client and cannot ordinarily be offered to another person at short notice. Exceptions may be considered at the practice’s discretion for genuine emergencies.
Routine administrative enquiries can be made through the Contact page. Email and other electronic communication should not be relied upon for urgent or crisis support. KGP Psychology does not provide emergency services.
KGP Psychology may update these terms when practice procedures, professional requirements or applicable laws change. The version published on this website is the current version intended for general information.
